Maintaining a well balanced diet is a very important element of healthy living and if your goal is either fat loss or muscle gain, eating correctly is absolutely essential. Even though I will give you a seven-day meal plan and snack ideas, my approach is not to tell you every single thing that you’ll be eating. Rather, I will analyze your current diet and make small changes that will improve your dietary intake so that you can make educated choices of how to eat properly. This is achieved through a step-by-step approach by giving you a nutrition journal that will be analyzed every training session. The purpose of this book is to eliminate all unhealthy food from your diet and give you the confidence and knowledge to eat well for the rest of your life.
