Our trainers can either train you at your own place or at our facility.

The health club we work from is a five-minute walk from the BTS station in Prom Phong. The club is divided into five areas.

  1. Functional training floor: This area is wide and spacious and specifically designed for functional and corrective exercise training for the general population as well as for athletes.

  2. Functional/strength training machine area: There are a wide variety of machines allowing you to train all muscle groups and movement patterns. The floor space of the gym is quite spacious, so you won’t have any trouble bumping into any one while you train.

  3. Cardiovascular training machine area: These machines include cross trainers/elliptical machines, treadmills and stationary bicycles. There are enough machines so that you’ll never have to wait for your turn.

  4. 2-70 square meter studios: This is where we have our yoga classes, small group training and corporate fitness training.

  5. A 50 meter swimming pool: A great pool for swimming laps or just relaxing!
